Suggestion therapy (or clinical hypnosis), is ideal to use where there is no apparent deep rooted cause and the issue is of a more minor nature like for example:
giving up smoking or delivering a speech etc.
Once the client is in a relaxed state and the critical, analytical, (conscious) mind has taken a back seat ... then suggestions can be made to your subconscious mind to bring about:-
- Whatever it is that you wish to achieve, or;
- Whatever is may be that you wish to stop doing.
Clients are also taught how to bring about a sense of ‘calm’ and how to bring down their stress level should they find themselves in a stressful situation.
